Positive Psychology/Science of Happiness

The term positive psychology was coined by Abraham Maslow and the founder of positive psychology is Martin Seligman. Psychology focused on psychological disorders or mental health disorders and its treatment. Positive psychology is the study of happiness; how a psychiatry patient became happier in other words positive psychology is the science of happiness. Positive psychology offers the study of behavior, positive emotion and positive side of human behavior.
